LikeCard built the LikeCard website and app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by LikeCard and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
WHAT INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU :

Information Collection and Use :
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

6-When requesting direct credit shipping services, you acknowledge that you must carefully read the product description and confirm that the electronic goods you have purchased are correct.
7-During the period of e-goods redemption, if the value of the goods is more than the amount stated in your account or in the payment process, likeCard is authorized to settle the balance directly on your account.
8-After delivery, LikeCard is not liable for any loss or damage to the electronic goods that were purchased through LikeCard Store, knowing that Like Coupon does not bear responsibility for any invalid voucher if the purchase period exceeds 15 days.
9-The program points earned under the loyalty program guide and any other source applied to it, and from purchases in the application, have a validity period starting from the date of crediting the points in the user’s account and up to three (3) months. The validity period of the points received from the prizes provided by Like Card and others are valid for two (2) weeks only. If the customers did not use the points within the specified period, they are automatically deducted from the user’s points balance. Customers can track the validity period through the points' history shown in the application.
10-The Company reserves the right to modify the loyalty program at any time without prior notice, including the benefits of the loyalty program and the terms and conditions related to it.
- Customers are responsible for keeping abreast of the terms and conditions of the program and any modifications that may occur. Their continued participation in the loyalty program will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
- The Company may cancel the Loyalty Program in whole or in part without prior notice, and all unredeemed points will be forfeited without the Company assuming any responsibility or liability.
- The Company has the right to cancel the loyalty program of any customer if it considers, according to its reasonable opinion, that he has violated the terms and conditions of the application, committed fraudulent behavior, provided false or misleading information to the Company, or insulted the Company or one of its employees on any social media platform, and this customer will lose in these mentioned cases all advantages obtained by him/her and any right to use them.
- Like Card has the right to partially or completely delete the balance of the wallet in case it was obtained fraudulently. Like Card reserves the right to amend the balance without referring to the customer.
11-The purchase process will be executed when the transaction is correct and unquestionable. Any purchase process on the website that is under any doubt ,incorrect or consecutively rejected, will be stopped immediately, and so will not be executed, as well as the full amount will be returned to the transferred account, without reference to the client, and the membership of the customer will be suspended, and all information is sent to Department of Cybercrime to complete legal proceedings about it.
12-It takes up to three weeks to return the amount to the owner in case that the request is not executed.
13-By registering on the site, you agree to receive messages containing offers and discounts for the products offered on the site.
14-When purchasing from the Buy and Win section, the winner must post through his own accounts in the social media that he is the winner of the raffles, in order to ensure the transparency and credibility of LikeCard in the draw process.
15-In case that the customer requests to recover the amount of his transfer from one bank to another, LikeCard does not incur commissions or transfer fees.
16-The request will not be executed in case of transferring from multiple bank accounts.
17-In some cases, your order may not be approved for several reasons, for example if the product you want to buy is not available, or if the product is incorrectly priced, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. We will refund you for orders that are not accepted or that are canceled. Before we agree to the process, we may ask you to provide additional information, including but not limited to phone number and address or official documents that prove your identity.
18-When purchasing or sending e-mail, you agree to receive any emails from us.
19-Any gifts or promotional codes that customers may receive as rewards are valid for only 3 days unless otherwise stated in the advertisement details.
20-If the customer uses a discount coupon in the purchase process, then no points will be calculated in that process.
All of our digital vouchers (“Digital Voucher/s”) are digital codes which cannot be canceled, returned or refunded once purchased and delivered to you or the customer. So please make sure before purchasing to choose the right product, with the correct store country, in the correct currency and payment method.
For purchased Digital Vouchers, refunds will only be applicable if, for a reason caused by LikeCard.com, LikeCard.com does not deliver a valid ordered Digital Voucher to the customer’s registered account, or/and registered email address. In this case refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
For a purchased Digital Voucher, LikeCard.com will deliver the Digital Voucher to the customer’s account within 24 hours after the payment is successful. If you do not receive the purchased Digital Vouchers within 24 hours of successful payment, you must submit a complaint through our website or app chat https://en-jordan.like4card.com/v2/static_pages/contact_us . Failure to submit a complaint within this timeframe will be interpreted as the Digital Voucher being successfully delivered, and you will no longer be eligible to claim the Digital Vouchers or a to claim a refund.
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. LikeCard is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The LikeCard app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the LikeCard app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that LikeCard will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but LikeCard cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, LikeCard cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, LikeCard cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to LikeCard’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. LikeCard accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. LikeCard does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
